One month in (when the dust has started to settle just a little and the family is finding its rhythm) is one of my favorite times to document. This San Anselmo home had beautiful morning light, and the parents had that particular quality that one-month-in families often have: still in awe, but a little more rested, a little more themselves. We stayed slow and followed the baby’s lead.
