Land Acknowledgement

Marin Mini Sessions operates on the unceded ancestral homeland of the Coast Miwok people, who have stewarded this land since time immemorial. I acknowledge that the beautiful outdoor locations we use — the beaches, forests, hillsides, and open spaces of Marin County and San Francisco — exist on lands that were taken through colonization.

I honor the living heritage and continued presence of the Coast Miwok and all Bay Area Indigenous peoples. I commit to learning, listening, and contributing to Indigenous-led organizations in this region.
