A Little Spot I Love
Tucked right next to Dolliver Park, steps from downtown Larkspur, this small redwood grove gets gorgeous dappled light in the hours before sunset.
What to Wear Here
Redwoods are deep: dark trunks, needle floor, green overhead, not much bright anything. That means this is the spot where richer color earns its place. Jewel tones look wonderful in here, deep green, burgundy, navy, mustard, rust. Cream and oat work too, and read beautifully bright against the dark trees when everyone wears them together. Parking & Access
Easy street parking, and the playground next door is a nice bonus if you’ve got kids who need to burn energy before or after the session.
Public Park
This is public land, easy to find and easy to enjoy. Redwoods overhead and a peaceful little pocket in the middle of town.
