A New Spot for 2026
This is our debut season at our new Sausalito bridge-view spot, a calm stretch of waterfront on the Marin side with the Golden Gate Bridge right there across the bay. It’s not a beach (no sand in anyone’s shoes), just a wide-open view. The first session day doubles as the shoot that gives this page its real photos.
The Bridge, Without Crossing It
If you want the Golden Gate in your family photos but would rather stay on the Marin side, this is your spot. By evening the sun drops behind the bridge and everything picks up that soft backlit glow.
What to Wear Here
This one is sky, water, and coastal plants. Blue out there instead of trees, with dry grasses and low shrubs around you. A neutral base is the easy answer: cream, oat, soft grey, and faded denim, which echoes the water. For color, borrow from the view. Dusty blue, sage, olive, and rust, which picks up the bridge. Getting There
There’s easy parking, flat ground the whole way, and it’s much quieter than the San Francisco side. Simple with little kids. Exact meet-up details come with your booking confirmation.
